Shipping and Return Policy
You may cancel an order only if the order has not yet been processed, orders are processed at the top of each hour. Backorders can be cancelled if they have not shipped that day. If your order has already processed you will have to process a return.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. You must include the original packing slip with the returned item(s.)
You may return defective items for a full refund. You must include the original packing slip and a description of the defect with the returned item(s.)
It may take up to 20 days for your return to process.
You are responsible for shipping expenses for all returns.
All items are shipped via USPS shipping methods which include Media Mail, First-Class Mail and Priority Mail. Please consult the USPS for estimated delivery times based on the shipping method you choose when placing your order. Estimated delivery times are only effective after the order is actually shipped after processing. Please allow two days for the order to process.
Out of Stock items will be placed on backorder. Backordered items usually ship out in 3-4 weeks. In the event that the order cannot be fulfilled your order will be cancelled.
